Cash Plus Rewards Program Information

Your ability to earn points and redeem earnings will be based on the status of your Account. If your Account is in default as described in your Cardmember Agreement, Chase Bank reserve the right to prohibit you from earning or redeeming points and to cause you to forfeit any points in your rewards Account.

Membership in the Cash Plus Rewards Program will be renewed automatically each year, so long as your Account is open and not in default as defined in your Cardmember Agreement, unless you notify us of cancellation. Membership in the Cash Plus Rewards Program may be subject to a yearly program fee, which is subject to change at any time.

You will earn 5 points for each $1.00 of Net Purchases made at retail establishments that classify their merchant location for Visa/MasterCard as gas station, grocery store or drugstore, and 1 point for each $1.00 of Net Purchases everywhere else. (“Net Purchases” means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your Account minus any returns or refunds.). You will not earn points on balance transfers, cash advances, overdraft protection advances, convenience checks, money orders, finance charges, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your Account. Points will be deducted for any returns or credits made on your Account. Points will appear on your monthly statement. From time to time there may be promotional offers for the Cash Plus Rewards Program, which provide the opportunity to earn additional points as defined by the terms of the promotion.

Maximum point accumulation on purchases is 30,000 points per Calendar Year. Points will expire on a first-earned, first-expired basis. Points will expire 36 months from the month in which the points were earned.

Points will be awarded and will be redeemed for rewards on a first-earned, first-redeemed basis. Points earned during the month are not available for redemption until they are posted on your monthly billing statement. Once you accumulate the required number of points, you will be eligible to redeem them for your selected reward item. Points earned on your Account may only be redeemed by you.

Redeemed rewards are not refundable; replaceable; or transferable for cash, credit, or other rewards under any circumstances. Redeemed rewards earned in the Program may not be re-sold or exchanged for other goods or services except as stated on the reward. All rewards are subject to availability.

Gift certificates are valid at participation merchants only, through the expiration date as permitted by law. Gift certificates must be surrendered at the redemption and no photocopies will be honored. Gift certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and any unused portion will not be returned as cash unless otherwise noted on the gift certificate. Gift certificates are not transferable. Use of any gift card and gift certificate is subject to any additional restrictions listed on the gift card or gift certificate.

The Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
