Some or all parts of the Delta SkyMiles® program may not be legal in certain countries. Consequently, the SkyMiles program is void where prohibited by law.

Delta SkyMiles® program is open to any person in any country that has not prohibited participation in frequent flyer programs. Only one person may be enrolled per Delta SkyMiles® account. Members may not maintain more than one Delta SkyMiles® account.

Basic Conditions For Business Credit Cards issued by American Express

If you spend $5,000 or more in qualifying purchases on the Card, you receive one mile per eligible dollar, plus 5,000 bonus miles. If you spend less than $5,000, you earn one mile per eligible dollar of spend. The six month period is evaluated from the date the Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card is issued to the date ending six months thereafter. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for the miles to appear in your account. Eligible Purchases do NOT include returned purchases, Fees, Finance Charges, Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, purchase of American Express® Travelers Cheques, American Express® Gift Cheques, and other cash equivalents.   22,500 bonus miles will be awarded to your Delta SkyMiles account 8-12 weeks for the first two approved Additional Cards submitted with this application.

After your first charge, 15,000 bonus Delta SkyMiles will be awarded, unless you are upgrading from a Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card to a Platinum Delta SKyMiles Business Credit Card, in which case you will receive 5,000 bonus Delta SkyMiles.

Delta SkyMiles do not expire as long as the Cardmember participates in one of the following activities every three years: travels on a Delta, Delta Connection®, Delta Shuttle or Song™ flight; earns Delta SkyMiles through one of its SkyMiles program partners; or redeems Delta SkyMiles for a SkyMiles Award. Applies only to a qualifying Delta or Delta Connection flight taken with the purchase of a fare that is eligible for frequent flyer mileage credit. Applies to Delta Vacations® packages, but not other all-inclusive packages.

Double Miles applies at qualifying stand-alone supermarkets, drugstores, gas stations, home improvement and hardware stores, Delta or Song™ purchases, the U.S. Postal Service and wireless phone bill payments. Not valid in the departments of superstores or warehouse clubs. American Express® Cards are not currently accepted for bulk mail. Offer applies for wireless phone bill payments only. To pay your wireless phone bill automatically using your Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card, please call your wireless service provider. Offer applies to qualifying Delta, Delta Connection®, Delta Shuttle or Song™ flights taken with the purchase of a fare that is eligible for frequent flyer mileage credit. Offer applies to Delta Vacations® packages but not other all-inclusive packages.

All standard Delta SkyMiles program rules and conditions apply. This feature is available to Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Cardmembers and Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Cardmembers only.

Basic Conditions For Consumer Credit Cards issued by American Express

10,000 bonus SkyMiles® will be awarded after your first purchase on the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks after your first purchase for the bonus miles to appear in your Delta SkyMiles account. This offer is valid for first-time Delta SkyMiles Cardmembers only. You may be permitted to have more than one Delta SkyMiles Credit Card account; however, you are eligible to receive welcome bonus miles for only one Card account. Additional Cardmembers are not eligible.

In each year of Cardmembership, your mileage earnings are limited to $100,000 of eligible spending, not including bonuses. However, one SkyMile for each U.S. dollar of eligible spending on Delta charges will be awarded above this limit. Bonus miles will be posted to your Delta SkyMiles account 8 to 12 weeks after the end of each month. To be eligible to receive bonus miles, Cardmember's account must be active and not in default at time of bonus fulfillment. Balance transfers, Express Cash, Cash Advances, U.S. Savings Bonds transactions, American Express® Travelers Cheques and Gift Cheques do not earn SkyMiles.

Members must do one of the following at least once every 3 years: (a) earn SkyMiles through one of the SkyMiles programs partners — including the Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card, (b) redeem SkyMiles for any SkyMiles Award, or (c) take at least one qualifying flight on Delta, Delta Connection®Delta Shuttle® or Song® purchased with a fare that is eligible for SkyMiles mileage credit.
